Renowned Singapore chef Violet Oon, famous for her Peranakan-inspired cuisine, hosts a cooking demo using Sustenir Agriculture’s fresh, locally-grown produce.
During the session Violet will be cooking two dishes, deliciously fusing eastern and western the way only she can; the first a Toscano Kale Pasta Goreng Ikan Bilis using Sustenir’s Toscano Kale, and a Sambal Nanas Salad made with Sustenir’s Kinky Kale.
